OEM 2.0T Diaphragm Diverter Valve
One of the weakest points on any chipped 2.0T cars is the diverter valve. A worn, or well used diaphragm can split under high boost pressure, and create a massive boost leak.
This OEM item is a direct replacement part for your existing valve.
We specifically recommend this valve for customers running a the stock KO3 Turbo charger in the 180-200bhp models.
Great customer service, very prompt delivery. Car feels very responsive and holds boost at the red line.
Better then the stock unit
No clear sign of a split on my original but instantly put my car back at its normal power levels. Good customer service and was delivered very fast.
Fast shipping and reasonably priced. Fitting it transformed the power delivery of my GTi Edition 30 - it feels like I've got another 50 + bhp! Original Rev C DV was still on the car with no obvious fault but once removed it I realised it was stuck open & causing loss of boost. Definitely worth the upgrade.
Gave my car it’s boom back when on boost , love it
As soon as I’ve changed the diverter my car became a monster again. Super quality for super price, thank you!
Totally different car to drive. Just acquired a MK5 GTI and felt it wasn't running to its full potential. Fitted a new diverter valve and the difference is astonishing. Highly recommended!
Fitted to my golf mk5 GTI and noticed the difference straight away, car has far better pick up and faster. Well worth the purchase.
Can't fault the customer service from these guys and part came the next day. Just waiting to fit now and hopefully see an improvement in power.
Didn’t know this problem existed with MK5 GTI’s but knew straight away something wasn’t right with my new purchase (car).
Car felt normally aspirated, I could feel no turbo surge and although it felt eager, it didn’t push me back in my seat.
Replaced the old DV which was shredded the whole way around.
What a difference. It’s a different car, the car I expected when I first bought it. Torque to burn. Scary to think how many GTI owners are driving around at about 150 bhp because of this issue. Rev G has worked well and I’m hopeful for a bit of longevity out of it, we’ll see. Turned up next day from Awesome too, no messing around and having to wait a week.
