034Motorsport Supercharger Heat Exchanger Upgrade Kit for Audi B8/B8.5 S4 and S5
Brand new from our dedicated Audi team and skilled engineers is our in-house designed Audi B8 S4 3.0T Performance Supercharger Cooling System. Reduce your intake air temperatures and resist heat soak that robs your supercharged engine of power with our new Luft-Technik kit to get the most out of your supercharged V6.
The ECS Tuning Luft-Technik Performance Supercharger Cooling Kit was designed and engineered in-house to provide you with a direct bolt-on system to improve consistency in engine performance, decrease intake air temperature, increase resistance to heat soak, and drastically lower temps!
The R&D team at ECS Tuning has spent countless hours creating and testing a system to optimize performance and efficiency while providing the clean look that Audi owners have come to expect. We designed the cooling system to directly mate with the existing OEM piping, resulting in a simple install.
ECS Tuning's Luft-Technik heat exchanger features an aluminum tube and fin core with fabricated 5052 aluminum end tanks. The core offers a 140% increase in frontal area compared to stock heat exchanger and designed to increase power, improve efficiency, and reduce heat soak. Our engineers provided a proper fit by utilizing factory mounting locations, making installation completely reversible.
Increasing the surface area by using a larger core design with dual coolant flow channels per pass, we were able to lower IAT temps by 32 degrees Fahrenheit resulting in max gains of 19 WHP and 16 WTQ!
Performance Data:
Reduced intake air temperatures
Increased resistance to heat soak
