Constructed from 5/32" (4.0mm) thick 5052 aluminum and weighing in at only 13.10lbs, with built-in air ventilation, ECS's Street Shield Tunnel Brace is sure to stand up to harsh road conditions while providing a smooth, aerodynamic undercarriage.
ECS's brace encompasses the full length of the mid-undercarriage from the front subframe to the rear tunnel cross brace to provide complete protection and reinforcement. For ultimate strength and rigidity ECS's Street Shield bolts directly to the front subframe/lower control arm bushing housings with all new OEM mounting bolts. For a complete installation, this kit includes OEM coated fasteners for quality and corrosion protect.
The ECS Aluminum Street Shield Tunnel Brace was designed, engineered, tested and quality inspected by ECS's Research and Development team in ECS's Wadsworth, Ohio facility. We strive for the highest level of precision and quality through leading edge product development technology including FARO laser scanning for reverse engineering and quality inspection, SolidWorks 3D CAD modelling and rigorous long term product testing.
