    Just had these fitted to my 30k mile Golf R. I was finding the stock suspension would bottom out under load when driven in a spirited fashion, And crashed over bumps with the 19” Pretoria wheels. I have now covered 150 miles and can say I am impressed. The ride quality is no worse, and the crashy ness has been illiminated. Where before you could feel the original dampers float over mid corner bumps, the new dampers make the car feel much heavier on the road. The car digs in so understeer on initial turn in is reduced. The car rotates under braking better and you are able to apply power earlier on exit. The car follows the road more, and this gives you far more confidence. As speeds increase the damping is of far higher quality and makes the car feel more alive without being harsh. I felt the OE suspension was a weak link and this transforms the car in all areas.
